The Details

What’s different about my Method?

My structured evidence-based approach provides a solid framework for our work together, every step of the way.

From assessment, planning, and transparent steps, you will understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.

You will engage in goal setting, plans, and action items that help you achieve results that persist beyond our time together.

Results

By applying the practices learned in our work together, you may experience many or all of the following:

  • Increased performance
  • Higher earnings or revenue
  • Personal fulfillment, balance, and confidence
  • Reduced friction and greater collaboration in relationships/people dynamics

Investment

When you become a client, your development is prioritized. Our work together will be designed around activities and materials that help you achieve your goals.

Sometimes this means I’m spending anywhere from 1-10 hours a week on preparing materials or activities for our work together. Packages are a great way to cover the time dedicated to your success.

Fees and rates are dependent on the scope of work, materials, and whether our work together is private, (initiated without your employer involvement) or corporate (sponsored by your organization).

I believe in pricing transparency. You will always receive a proposal for the total investment you may expect in our work together. The best value for coaching is through coaching packages, as this most often includes materials, time, and between session support.

Services are often based on core customary rates and are subject to changed based on scope of work:

  • Private coaching services start at $300/session rate (this does not include document reviews and additional scope of work for supporting career transitions)
  • Corporate coaching services start at $350/session rate for manager-level coaching and $450-$550/session for executive level coaching.
  • Group trainings starting at $2,500

Value Rates

clients

I work with clients from a variety of industries and organizations because the core of what helps people perform, develop, and achieve more doesn’t really have much to do with their given industry and has more to do with how we think and take action in the world. Despite this being true, I have the most experience working with executives and leaders in technology, corporate retail/textiles, healthcare, law, finance, and defense.

It starts with a conversation.
