- Deep insights, strategies, and practice tools for achieving your goals
- Between session support via email or messaging
Driving Success – 6 Month Coaching Plan
This package is designed for longer-term support that helps you achieve short and long term goals. This package includes:
- 13 x 50 min strategic coaching sessions (month 1: 3x sessions; months 2-6: 2x sessions/mo)
- 1 Relevant assessment to your goals
- Goal and coaching development plan
- Regular activities between sessions

Transformational Coaching – 12 month coaching plan
This is the most popular package because clients appreciate having consistent support for creating changes that last. This package includes:
- 1 x 90 min session
- 19 x 50 min sessions (month 1: 3x sessions; months 2-7: 2x sessions per month; months 8-12: 1x session per month)
Total sessions: 20 - 1 Assessment
- Goal and Development Plan

Career Transition on the go – Monthly Plan
Career coaching support for any point in your career transition. A flexible plan that provides you with support for as long as you need help through your transition, from exploring, interviewing, landing the role, and supporting you in your transition.
- 4 x 50-minute coaching sessions per month, typically scheduled once per week
- Topics may include: professional networking, interview preparation, professional documents, career exploration, leadership skills, decision-making, communication, negotiating skills, and related topics
- Between session support
- Collaborative writing and editing for your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn
