No. The program is accessible to complete beginners while offering applied depth for experienced practitioners. Week one starts with practices that take less than 2 minutes.

Each week you’ll be integrating a daily mindfulness practice, from resting awareness, active mindfulness, and meditations.

Mindful practices vary, but typically take anywhere from 1 minute to 14 minutes daily.

The weekly check-in takes about five minutes, once per week. Designed for people with no margin of time to waste.

About Lizz

Hi, I’m Lizz Gentzkow, the founder of Thrive West Consulting, an executive coaching and organizational development practice based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, a Board Certified Coach credential, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a unique experience unlike other coaches and consultants. I designed this program based on scientific, research backed practices to help you shift daily habits that become a lifestyle.

My approach is grounded in the conviction that leadership effectiveness and psychological wellbeing are not separate concerns. The leaders who develop the inner capacities this program teaches are more adaptive, more trusted, more resilient, and more sustainably motivated.
