high-demand roles. ACT can be utilized as a Therapy approach and a Training approach. In this context, ACT is integrated as a training.

About Lizz
Hi, I’m Lizz Gentzkow, the founder of Thrive West Consulting, an executive coaching and organizational development practice based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, a Board Certified Coach credential, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a unique experience unlike other coaches and consultants. I designed this program based on scientific, research backed practices to help you shift daily habits that become a lifestyle.
