The PRocess

Executive coaching may include your employer as a stakeholder, or you can work directly with me for private coaching. Either way, your coaching is confidential. We will explore possibilities, opportunities, and define coaching goals.

I utilize the Leadership Circle Profile and other reliable and valid, scientifically based assessments to measure your current leadership comeptencies. From there we can design a coaching plan that aligns with the future you incision for yourself and your team.

The fun part! This is where the work happens. We will meet regularly at a session and cadence that fits your needs and goals. Most clients work with me 2-4 sessions per month for the first 6 months. In this phase you receive personalized support in applying new concepts and practices.

Assessment is really an ongoing process to make sure we are making the change you wish to see. Towards the end of coaching, we will evaluate your progress and create a plan for ongoing development to sustain changes.

I have training and experience that goes beyond coaching certifications. With a Master’s in evidence-based Counseling Psychology, dual master’s program in Organizational Behavior and 15 years of experience advising, coaching, counseling, consulting to, and training others, my coaching hours go beyond what is required for coaching certifications.

In my Master’s I completed over 300 direct client contact hours in counseling, coaching, and organizational consulting (change management) to individuals, groups, and teams. To obtain licensure, I completed over 2,000 hours of direct counseling experience with approved supervision. Since then, I have gone on to work in higher education leadership, healthcare, consulting agencies, and private practice.

I am currently in the process of obtaining the Certified Corporate Executive Coach credential from the Center of Credentialing and Education for client peace of mind. The last remaining step is completing the coaching exam.
